Notice of General Meeting
The Board of Clapham House announces that it has dispatched a notice of a general meeting to its shareholders.
The Board is proposing that the Company be re-registered as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2006 under the name GBK Restaurants Limited and that, with effect from the Company's re registration as a private limited company, the regulations contained in the printed document produced to the meeting and signed by the Chairman for purposes of identification be hereby adopted as the Articles of Association of the Company in substitution for and to the exclusion of all existing Articles of the Company.
The general meeting is due to be held at Suite C, 2nd floor, 1 Lindsey Street, London EC1A 9HP at 10:00 a.m. on 6th January 2011.
