Directors' Resignations
Following the recommended cash offer for Clapham House by Nando's Group Holdings Limited being declared wholly unconditional and the Company announcing its intention to cancel its listing on 17th November 2010, Nick Donaldson and Tim Woodcock, Non-executive directors of Clapham House, have resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank both Mr Donaldson and Mr Woodcock for their significant contribution and support to the Company over the past years.
