The Clapham House Group PLC (AIM: CPH) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 March 2010 and Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to its shareholders today and are now available from the Company's website http://www.claphamhousegroup.com on the investor's page, under financial reports.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will also be available for a period of one month from the date of this announcement, free of charge, from the registered office of the Company.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 6 September 2010 at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Unit 4, Condor House, St Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8AL.
