Holdings in the Company
The Clapham House Group PLC ("Clapham House" or the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification today that Justin Kennedy has increased his direct interest as at 27 May 2010 to 2,905,316 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 7.08 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
