Holding in the Company
The Clapham House Group PLC ("Clapham House" or the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification on 27 April 2010 that MF Global UK Limited had a direct interest, as at 26 April 2010, in 1,143,350 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 3.06 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
