Holding in Company
The Clapham House Group PLC ("Clapham House" or the "Company")announces that, pursuant to the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification on 22 April 2010 that Justin Kennedy has increased his direct interest as at 21 April 2010 to 1,880,223 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 5.03 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
