Holdings in the Company
The Company announces that, pursuant to the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification on 26 March 2010 that Justin Kennedy held a direct interest as at 25 March 2010 in 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 3.61 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
In addition, Wellington Management Company, LLP confirmed on 26 March 2010 that it no longer had an interest in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
