Annual Report 2009

The Clapham House Group PLC (AIM: CPH) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 March 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to its shareholders and are now available from the Company's website http://www.claphamhousegroup.com on the investor's page, under financial reports.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will also be available for a period of one month from the date of this announcement, free of charge, from the registered office of the Company and from the Company's nominated adviser, Noble & Company Limited, 5th floor, 120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 29 September 2009 at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Unit 4, Condor House, St Paul's, London, EC4M 8AL.
