Director's Shareholding
The Board of the Company has received formal notification that David Page, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today acquired 1,800 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 73 pence per share.
Following the completion of the above transaction, Mr Page's interests (including family interests) in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company are as follows:
