Directors' Disclosures

Pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces that Paul Campbell, Chief Executive, and David Page, Non-Executive Chairman, were both directors of CHG2 Limited, Seahawk Limited, Nilecroft Limited, Odsey Limited and Overpark Limited (together the "BBC Subsidiaries"). On 16 July 2008 Clapham House sold the BBC Subsidiaries to a third party, namely Gourmet Restaurants Limited (the "Purchaser") and on the same day both Paul Campbell and David Page resigned as directors of each of the BBC Subsidiaries.

Subsequently, in January 2009 the BBC Subsidiaries were placed into administration or receivership at the request of the Purchaser's creditors:
