Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification on 12 November 2008 that Wolvercote Investments Limited ("Wolvercote"), following an acquisition of ordinary shares on 6 November 2008, has increased its interest to 3,093,350 ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.29% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
