Annual Report 2008

The Clapham House Group PLC (AIM: CPH) announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 March 2008 and notice of annual general meeting were posted to its shareholders today and are now available on the Company’s website http://www.claphamhousegroup.com on the investor’s page, under financial reports. Copies of the accounts and notice of annual general meeting will also be available for a period of one month from the date of this announcement, free of charge, from the registered office of the Company and from the Company’s Nominated Adviser, Noble & Company Limited, 5th floor, 120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10am on Monday 22 September 2008 at The Real Greek, 142 St John Street, London, EC1V 4UA.
