Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification on 19 June 2008 that Wellington Management Company, LLP had, as at 17 June 2008, an indirect interest in 2,214,243 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 5.93% of the total voting rights of the Company.
