Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification on 27 February 2008 that Wellington Management Company, LLP had, as at 26 February 2008, an indirect interest in 1,859,976 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 4.98% of the total voting rights of the Company.
