Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification on 7 December 2007 from Henderson Global Investors Ltd that, as at 3 December 2007, they are directly interested in 1,898,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.09% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
