Holding in Company
The Board of the Company announces that they received formal notification on 15 October 2007 that Standard Life Investments Ltd were interested in 3,237,158 ordinary shares in the Company (of which 1,410,794 ordinary shares are a direct interest in the Company and 1,826,364 ordinary shares are an indirect interest in the Company) representing 8.67% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each on the Company.
