The Board of Clapham House announces that David Sykes, Executive Director of the Company, holds, as at 30 August 2007, 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 0.03% of the current issued share capital of Clapham House. David Sykes’s entire holding in the Company was acquired prior to his appointmen on 8 May 2007.
