Director Shareholding
The Company was informed on 20 June 2007 that on 19 June 2007, Nick Wong, Group Finance Director, exercised 800 share options in the Company that were granted under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at a price of 144.5 pence per share and vested on 8 June 2007. Following the exercise of options, Nick Wong is beneficially interested in 13,300 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
The options exercised above by Nick Wong were issued under the block admission arrangements announced on 14 June 2007.
