Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In order to comply with the Transparency Directive’s Chapter 5, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of Clapham House in issue is 36,628,002.
There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 36,628,002.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
