Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that formal notification was received on 5 April 2007 from Schroders PLC that they and their affiliated companies, as at 4 April 2007, have an indirect interest in 3,606,469 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.877% of the voting rights of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
