Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification on 26 March 2007 from Newton Investment Management Limited that, as at 20 January 2007, it is interested in 1,236,498 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 3.54% of the existing issued share capital of the Company (and which will represent 3.39% of the issued share capital of the Company following completion of the placing and management subscription (as announced on 30 March 2007) on 4 April 2007).
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
