Notifiable Interest
The Board of Clapham House announces that formal notification was received on 23 January 2007 from Schroder Investment Management Limited that they and their affiliated companies had disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 22 January 2007. Following this disposal, Schroder Investment Management Limited and their affiliated companies have a beneficial interest in 3,771,449 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
