The Board of Clapham House announces that formal notification was received on 8 December 2006 from British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited, that British Airways Pensions Trustees Limited has a beneficial interest in 1,263,400 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 3.67% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
