Notifiable Interests
The Board of Clapham House announces that formal notification was received on 23 November 2006 from Schroder Investment Management Limited, that they and their affiliated companies have a beneficial interest in 4,026,915 ordinary shares, representing 11.812% of the current issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire interest of Schroder Investment Management Limited and their affiliated companies in the ordinary share capital of Clapham House.
The shares to which the notification relates are registered as follows:
