Notifiable Interest
The Board of Clapham House announces that formal notification has been received on 5 October 2006 from Wolvercote Investments Limited that they have acquired a further 500,000 ordinary shares of the Company, taking their interest to 1,550,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.55% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
