Appointment of Director

The Board of Clapham House is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Woodcock as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 29 September 2006.

Tim has been involved in a number of companies in the restaurant and leisure sector and was most recently finance director at Urban Dining PLC. He has considerable merger and acquisition experience and is also currently a director of Capital Management and Investment PLC – an AiM listed investment company.
