Annual Report 2006
Clapham House announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2006 have been posted to its shareholders. Copies of the accounts will be available for a period of one month from the date of this announcement, free of charge, from the registered office of the Company and from the Company’s Nominated Adviser and Broker, Noble & Company Limited, 5th floor, 120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10am on Friday 22 September 2006 at The Real Greek Souvlaki & Bar, 142 St John Street, London, EC1V 4UA.
