Notifiable Interests
The Board of Clapham House announces that formal notification has been received on 16 June 2006 from Schroders Investment Management Limited, that they and their affiliated companies have a beneficial interest in 4,760,000 ordinary shares, representing 13.96% of the current issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire interest of Schroder Investment Management Limited and their affiliated companies in the ordinary share capital of Clapham House.
The shares to which the notification relates are registered as follows:
