Notifiable interests
The Board of Clapham House announces that they received formal notification on 5 May 2005 that Henderson Global Investors Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (acting as agent for discretionary clients) are interested (directly or indirectly) in 1,450,000 ordinary shares in Clapham House following the purchase of 1,450,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (“Ordinary Shares”) on 5 May 2005. This represents 4.25% of the current issued share capital.
The Board of Clapham House also announces the following changes in Director interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company:
