Appointment of Director

The Board of Clapham House is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Wong as Group Finance Director of the Company on 30 September 2005. Nick Wong qualified as a chartered accountant with Baker Tilly in 2000 and joined Clapham House in May 2004 to head up group finance. He has spent the majority of his career specialising in corporate finance, having worked on due diligence, flotation and acquisition assignments, transactions within the property and leisure industries, as well as the Company's acquisition of The Real Greek Food Company Limited. Nick will continue to act as Company Secretary for Clapham House.

Commenting on the appointment, Paul Campbell, Chief Executive of Clapham House, said:
