Holding in Company
The Board of Clapham House announces that they received formal notification on 29 September 2005 from Schroder Investment Management Limited that they and their affiliated companies have an interest in 3,568,758 ordinary shares representing 17.62% of the current issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire interest of Schroder Investment Management Limited and their affiliated companies in the ordinary share capital of Clapham House.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
